It is not rate band issue, what has happenned is the rounding of decimals, it was rounded up to nearest two decimals, for examples, if the charge is .011 it rounds upto .02, but you are actually charged only .011. This issue is resolved now.

Good Afternoon team Northeast,
I have downloaded the pc version on my computer and the blackberry version on my phone.
Please note I paid last week on thursday 31st May 2012.
Since thursday, Iam sending emails to support and other email addresses that have been published and requesting You to activate my account but till now nothing has happened and Iam still unable to make calls.
From the computer when I dial, it says – not found.
From Blackberry – it says unregistered, internet connection not found.

Can i have an proper response why nothing is being done on the above?

You dont need more internal memory than it is needed for the installatin. For making calls you need to enter correct sip settings. If the version you downloaded does not work try a newer release. Some times your account may not be active, you have contact support.

I have noticed that the number format on Android sets is not recognized properly by the application for any number. To elucidate 00xx-abc-uvwxyz would be recognized as “other” which will land in a different rate band against 00xxabcuvwxyz. The latter is recognized correctly. I hope this would be corrected in the application.

Yes, When some one registers for the first time, We monitor the payment activity and confirm with paypal etc, to make sure it is a genuine transaction and then activate the account. It will take a bit of time to start with and once approved you can start making calls.
The dial pattern is with or without 00 before country code. If you are using + or if your account is not active, the message will be displayed Call Ended Not Found etc. It is easy to get in touch with support on http://support.northeastvoip.co.uk.

Few steps to use Blackberry Voip Client

When you first connect on Wifi and then try 3G. The device still tries to connect to wifi and says internet connection cannot be obtained.
The best way to reset is take the battery out and restart when on 3G network.

Cannot connect/call on WIFI. The following are relevant.
Check your router is not blocking it.

Once you successfully registered, the device will prompt ready to make call.

You see the prompt ready for call, but number does not dial out

Please make sure you are dialing correct digits. we do not accept +, please use either with 00 or without 00 before country code.

Please follow the instructions, if you still have connection problems.

First of it is important to know, If the operator of your mobile is blocking the connection. If not then try the following procedure
• Use direct TCP. However, this method requires few configuration steps in phone settings:
• Under Options > TCP/IP – enable APN Settings (the APN name of your network provider, user name and password fields must be supplied, if necessary)
• Optionally register host routing table: Options > Host Routing Table > BB menu button > Register Now (phone restart might be required afterwards)
• To use direct TCP. However, this method requires few configuration steps in phone settings:

OK… I thought I would test this before I left the US… I Loaded
your App in my IPhone 3G…. I used paypal to deposit the necessary
$5.00 so I could test this…. I waited 1 day before testing.. as it was a new account… figured it might take extra time to load 1st time. I tested it today… trying to call my home phone… Michigan.
What am I doing wrong…? says either… Call Ended Not Found OR

I just registered, paid 10 bucks, all of which show on the iphone 4g menu, but calls cannot be made. Error is: call ended. Not found.

It takes few minutes for activation, you have to make sure, your paypal email id and registration email id are same. Otherwise reply back to the email from noc@northeastvoip.co.uk. Your account will be activated immediately
